Housekeeping
- Eco friendly cleaning supplies and recycled toilet paper.
- Purchase only FSC wood products.
- Recycling of paper, glass, metal and all plastics.
- Fair trade tea and coffee products.
- Composting (tea bags, green waste, fruit etc).
- Use of filter tap water instead of water vending.
- Water butts to collect rain water office garden area and vehicle washing.
- donate a percentage of our company profits towards environmental projects that benefit communities where our business operates, for 2010 we have chosen as the recipient for our donation: The Weald & Downland Museums Tree Planting Scheme (native species). This is a way we are looking at for off-setting, however we are aware of the potential problems associated with tree planting and so will review regularly.
Where we are actively heading
- To embark upon the Green Accord scheme, a proven accreditation that drives sustainability, addressing the expanding environmental responsibilities facing those who procure. Ultimately working towards ISO4001.

- Fax to e-mail service to save paper.
Suppliers
- We are currently transferring to the Co-operative Bank, putting our money in responsible hands. We support their actions, they refuse to invest in any business whose core activity contributes to climate change, the unsustainable harvest of natural resources or the manufacture of chemicals that pose a health threat or pollute the environment. They also support eco-friendly companies like ours.

House Keeping
- We aim to improve the economy on our vehicles and invest in bio diesel, low emission, economical vehicles.
- Rain water harvesting - for the toilets, checking out feasibility.
- High levels of draught insulation and roof insulation.
- Dual flush toilets, aerators on all taps to reduce water.

We aim to continually reduce our environmental impact and promote good practices through:
Office and site activities
- Prevent or minimise the risk of pollution arising from our operations.
- Quarterly reviewing our environmental action plan.
- Create less waste by using resources wisely, reusing or recycling materials wherever possible.
- Reduce our energy consumption by increased energy efficiency in our buildings and processes. Continuing to look at new technologies to decrease our carbon footprint.
- Reduce our water consumption by improving water usage and rain water harvesting.
- Continuing to reducing paper usage within the office.
Staff
- Training employees within their working practices, ensuring reduced impact in all areas.
Suppliers
- Take environmental considerations into account when selecting our suppliers and contractors. Educating them in the sound understanding of environmental impact and reduction.
- Continue to establish Green partnership arrangements with like minded ethical companies.
- Continue with our tree planting to offset (or improved alternative).
House Keeping
- When required always replacing electric products with AAA rated appliances.
