Some of these projects dictate that we work weekends or night shifts in order to complete the investigation in periods where the building is least used by staff or the general public.
We understand the financial implications and consequences that any delay or downtime may have on your project, so we keep the client informed of any concerns as the investigation evolves and aim to quickly produce our written reports.
Full reports
Our reports can be as detailed and comprehensive as the client requires, often used as part of a tender document and can include advise on specifications for corrective repairs should they be necessary.
We utilise a full complement of scientific diagnostic equipment, including non-destructive, with the objective of providing a conclusive diagnosis of the causes of the defects .
Recommendations included in our reports follow a holistic approach that provides sustainable, long term and cost effective solutions for resolving the causes of defects, without relying on copious amounts of chemical treatments to manage the effects.

Our reports are accepted by most third party insurance companies and we hold all relevant professional and public liability insurance.
